宝 庆 科 技 工 业 园

  宝庆科技工业园是邵阳市人民政府批准成立的市本级工业园,属邵阳市重点建设的经济开发区,位于邵阳市东南面,离市中心约3公里。园区内主干道邵阳大道两端与上瑞高速公路互通并南抵火车南站,主干道财神路直达火车集装箱货运站(仅1公里)。宝庆科技工业园规划面积17平方公里,一期开发面积11平方公里,按照宝庆、白马两个板块的空间格局,重点发展机械冶金、生物医药、电子信息、制鞋及服装加工、包装印刷、食品加工等六大产业集群。目前,入园企业16家,已投产11家。

Baoqing Scientific and Technological Industry Garden
  
  Baoqing Scientific and Technological Industry Garden is the first municipal industry garden under the approval of Shaoyang Municipal People’s Government. It is a key economic development zone in Shaoyang, which is located in southeast Shaoyang, about 3 km from downtown. Shaoyang Avenue, the trunk road in the garden, connect with Shanghai-Ruili Expressway and stretch to the Railway Station(South). Caishen Road, the main road, runs straightly to railway container freight station(only 1 km away). Planned area of the garden is 17 square kilometers including first stage development area of 11 square kilometers. It will focus on developing such industrial projects as machinery, metallurgy, bio-medicines, electronic information , manufacture of shoes and garment processing, packing , printing and food processing. At present, 16 enterprises have entered the garden and 11 of them have gone into operation.

湖南邵阳经济开发区

  湖南邵阳经济开发区(又称江北开发区)于1996年8月经湖南省人民政府批准为首家省级民营经济开发区,1997年12月列为省重点开发区,位于北塔区境内,距上瑞高速公路南互通2公里,距火车货运站6公里,由新型工业区、行政办公区、商贸居住区、体育活动区、旅游休闲区组成,总体规划面积18平方公里,分三期开发:第一期3.2平方公里、第三期扩大到10.4平方公里,第三期全面完成总体规划,再造一座邵阳城,形成北塔区、双清区、大祥区三足鼎立,类似武汉三镇完整的城市格局。开发区管委会作为市政府派出机构,对开发区实行统一有效管理,为投资者创造一流的产业发展和社区服务环境。建区以来,累计完成固定资产投资15亿元,现已完成开发面积6平方公里,城市建设项目50余个。全区现有规模企业30余家,外贸出口企业3家,逐步形成了以食品加工业、纺织、造纸业、机械制造业、中医药产业、高新技术产业为支柱的产业集群,一座现代化的美丽新城正在迅速崛起。

Hunan Province Shaoyang Municipal Economic Development Zone

  Hunan Province Shaoyang Municipal Economic Development Zone, also called Jiangbei Development Zone, was established in August, 1996 and approved to be a first provincial level civil economic development zone by Hunan Provincial People’s Government. It was listed as a provincial key development zone in December, 1997. It locates in Beita District, 2 km from the connecting line(south) of Shanghai-Ruili Expressway and 6 km from the railway freight station. Its planned total area is 18 square kilometers, including new-type industrial area, office area, commercial and residential buildings, sports area and leisure places. It is divided into three stages to develop. The development area of the first stage is 3.2 square kilometers, that of the second stage extends to 10.4 square kilometers. After the third-stage development, another new Shaoyang Municipality will be constructed. Daxiang District, Shuangqing District and Beita District will take shape in Shaoyang Municipality similar to Wuhan three towns pattern. As a municipal government agency, the administration committee of the development zone manages the development zone and serves the investors. Since the district was established, the fixed assets investment has added up to RMB 1.5 billion yuan. Now, an area of 6 square kilometers has been developed with over 50 infrastructure projects. There are over 30 large-scale enterprises and 3 export-oriented enterprises in the zone. The industry colony has taken shape, taking food processing, textile, papermaking, machine building, medicines, hi-tech industries as its mainstay. A modern beautiful new city proper is rising abruptly.

新邵县经济开发区

  新邵县经济开发区位于新邵县境内,属省级经济开发区,距邵阳市区仅4公里,距邵阳火车站和上瑞高速公路入口都不到10分钟车程。园区规划总用地面积为9.6平方公里,已建成面积3.1平方公里,分为工业区、商住区、商贸区、文化体育区、休闲娱乐区、综合公园等特色区域。目前,园区“三纵四横”道路已硬化,供排水、管道煤气、电力、通讯等设施完备,并已有“广信”、“湘林”、“李文”、“海菲”、“天乐”、“半边天”、“奇力”、“宏远”等20余家规模企业入园。至2007年底,园区规模工业企业总投资13.3亿元,实现税收1.26亿元。

Xinshao County Economic Development Zone

  Xinshao County Economic Development Zone lies in Xinshao County. It is a provincial level economic development zone, 4 km from Shaoyang downtown and less than 10 minutes’ drive from Shaoyang railway station and entrance of Shanghai-Ruili Expressway. Planned total area of it is 9.6 square kilometers including industrial area, commercial and residential area, business area, cultural and sports area, leisure and recreation area and comprehensive park etc. An area of 3.1 square kilometers has been developed. Three vertical and horizontal main roads in the zone have finished road hardening. With complete infrastructure facilities of water drainage, pipelined gas, electricity and communications, a batch of more than 20 large-scale enterprises have been introduced to invest here, such as Guangxin, Xianglin Artificial Board, Liwen Food , Haifei, Tianle, Banbiantian, Qili and Hongyuan Co.,Ltd. etc. By the end of 2007,large-scale enterprises have invested RMB 1.33 billion yuan and the revenue amounts to 126 million yuan.
